We are a mail order / internet based company and Teamkits.co.za relies on the customer to order the correct size and quantity. All customised orders must be confirmed by phone, email or fax to ensure the style, colour, size and customisation are all correct.An onscreen viewing sample service is provided to aid the customer in their choice of product.

Customer Samples

Customers may request a viewing sample to approve before we their kits are sent to the printers. This will give the customer an idea of what the kits will look like once customized.The final printing process will only begin once the customer is happy with the design and has approved the viewing sample.

Returns & Exchanges

We endeavour to complete the order to the customer’s specification but are unable to take responsibility for non-confirmed incorrect orders.Teamkits.co.za should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of order of any shortages, damage or errors within the order.Under certain circumstances, products that have not been customised may be returned in the condition they were received for exchange, inspection by our customer service department will take place prior to any action being taken, items must be received within 10 days of receipt. Products damaged by customer wear or use, however minor will not be exchanged or refunded. Customised products supplied in accordance with your order acknowledgement and approved viewing samples which are confirmed by the customer are non-returnable.If the specified style, size and quantity is supplied, Teamkits.co.za will not accept any costs involved in exchanging the product. The cost to return goods will be at the cost of the customer. Additional payment may be required if exchanging goods for larger sizes, different products or posting outside South Africa. All costs incurred against incorrectly ordered goods will be the responsibility of the customer. Please call customer services within 48 hours of receipt of order.Customers must contact Teamkits.co.za prior to returning an item to be advised of the returns policy.When returning an item please include a covering letter quoting the order reference number and the reason for return.Every effort is made to ensure goods bought from Teamkits.co.za are of excellent quality. Should there be an issue with quality then Teamkits.co.za reserve the right to return the item to the original manufacturer for inspection before deciding on relevant action.

Cancellation of Orders

Under certain circumstances, orders can be cancelled if notified and approved at least 48 hours prior to despatch but any items already customised must be paid for.CustomisationWe will use our best endeavours to obtain the closest possible match to artwork supplied to Teamkits.co.za. Please be aware due to the heat application of the printing materials to the garment shade variants may occur when printing on to different colour garments. Therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour of the finished print. Any file/artwork submitted to Teamkits.co.za which requires exact pantone colours will be printed as near as the printing process allows.Conditions of SaleWe reserve the right not to accept any order until payment has been made by the customer either by cheque where payment will be deemed to have been made when the cheque has been received and funds cleared to our bank account or by credit/debit card when payment has been successfully authorised by the credit card company. Teamkits.co.za will then accept that a contract has been made and will endeavour to meet all agreed delivery schedules if possible. Delays at times may be unavoidable due to conditions beyond our control by third party suppliers.While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Please note if you provide us with a mobile telephone number then this number will be passed across to our Courier Company who may need to contact you on your parcel status and expected delivery time.
